Rise Nutrition Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

At Rise Nutrition, we aim to provide a convenient and reliable shopping experience, whether you choose to have your products shipped or pick them up in-store. Please review our policy to understand our procedures for shipping and pick-up.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Pick-Up Policy

In-Store Pick-Up

  • Availability: In-store pick-up is available at our Anna, IL location.
  • Pick-Up Hours: Orders can be picked up during our regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Pick-Up Process

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store.
  • Identification: Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
  • Timeframe: Orders will be held for 7 days from the time you receive your pick-up notification. If your order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Order Changes: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. You may cancel the order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
